New US Regional Coordinator

The IHS Advisory Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine Braun as USA Regional Coordinator.  Elaine is a familiar face to many, and has served the IHS in several capacities over the years.  US Area Representatives should expect to be hearing from her soon!
