Education: Interlochen Arts Academy, Oberlin College (BM isn Horn Performance), Schiller College Berlin (Jr. Year), Mozarteum Salzburg, University of Florida (MM and PHD).

A list of my teachers includes: Thomas Bacon and Norman Schweikert (in high School), Robert Fries, Gerd Seifert, Arnold Jacobs, and Michael Hoeltzel.

I have taught horn to many students over many years and currently run a studio with some 20 students of all ages in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I am proud of the achievements of my students which include positions in symphony orchestras and military bands, graduate assistantships at prestigious graduate schools, successful placement in leading undergraduate music programs, and careers as music educators.

I LOVE to teach the horn!

Former member of the Essen Phiharmonic, Camerata Academica Salzburg, Innsbruck Sinfonieorchester, Gainesville Chamber Orchestra, Faculty Woodwind and Brass Quintets at various colleges.

Have played as a free lance musician with WDR Cologne, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Amati Ensemble Berlin, Savannah Symphony Orchestra, and Lyric Opera Chicago.

Beginner, intermediate, advanced. I have years of college teaching but enjoy beginners most of all.
