Taught internationally as well as at Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester, Nazareth College, Roberts Wesleyan College. Given clinics at the International Horn Symposium, Northwest Horn Symposium, Northeast Horn Workshop, the Mid-South Horn Symposium and throughout Southeast Asia. Published articles on improvisation in Horn Call. Special interest in teaching improvisation to classically trained horn players.

Played professionally in the U.S., Thailand, Mexico, Japan, Taiwan, and Macau. Member of the Rochester based Emerald brass quintet, woodwind quintets and other chamber music and jazz groups. Active freelance player in the San Francisco Bay and Miami areas.
