Now that the Anton Horner interview from 1969 has been posted in its entirety, this week's podcast update begins a series of excerpts from a masterclass by John Barrows, also from the 1969 "First French Horn Workshop" at Florida State University.

The interview of Anton Horner by James Chambers that has been presented in seven podcast segments is now available to IHS members for download as a single mp3 file.

The interview was recorded at the first "French Horn Workshop" at Florida State University on June 16, 1969.

New Honorary Members and Punto Award winners were announced at the annual general meeting of the IHS membership, held Sunday, July 27 in Denver.
