It is in excellent playing condition having been serviced this past year. This is without a doubt one of the best horns I have ever played/owned. Do an online search on the Yamaha 862 and you will see that it is one, special horn to be sure. This horn deserves to be played every day by a professional player / college horn major and easily fits in with any horn section. Outstanding intonation across both sides, powerful and easy-to-play the YHR-862 can do it all. Ridiculously easy high range (glorious high Bb), gorgeous and fluid mid-range and, booming pedal range! Yamaha 862s rarely come up for sale and for good reason. I will consider SERIOUS bids. Selling off horns from my collection due to retirement.
Extras: Original case (good), Alex adjustable left hand strap, original pinky ring if you would like to remount, 2 Amado water keys. Buyer pays shipping / insurance. PayPal / VENMO accepted. Thanks for looking.
