Other Details: Conn 8D players, prepare to fall in love! This package deal includes a superb Conn 8D F/Bb full double horn made in Cleveland, Ohio. This horn has been played professionally. Though I normally do not opine upon the horns that I have for sale, this is possibly the best Conn 8D I have ever played, bar none! However, you have to be the final judge. Also included with this fine instrument are two extra lead pipes by Walter Lawson, a 110.125 and a 210.125 in addition to the Conn lead pipe that came on the horn. All of the lead pipes have customized by George McCracken to be easily detachable and installable by the horn’s owner. Also included with this instrument is a Walter Lawson, custom, yellow brass bell flare in addition to the original nickel silver flare that comes with the horn. The detachable bell ring is of Alexander threading convention so as to allow the addition of other bell flares with the same threads. The case for this horn is a Pro-Tec, Screw Bell Pro Pac.
