Valves were rebuilt and nickel plated no more than two years ago, so they are in better-than-new condition. Excellent compression and should last for many years to come.

I'm convinced that Herr Schmid makes some of the best and easiest-playing horns in the world. This one's a fine specimen.

Lacquer is uneven in places, but this is purely cosmetic. The body of the horn is in pristine shape.
