Classified Ad Scam attempt was created by IHS Online Manager

I just received an email forwarded to me by an IHS Online Free Classifieds seller that was received in response to an ad. I'm posting it here as a good example of a current scam. The "xxx" are there to protect the innocent ;-) The subject and item name were copied and pasted from the ad.

Subject: xxx

Hello Seller,
My name is jessica . I am interested on your item xxx posted on hornsociety.org internet, i will like to know the
last offer price of the item and the present condition stated in the
web, i will like to let you know that the mode of my payment to you
will be in Us Certified Check which the shipping fee will be included
so as to get the item shipped to me, so you have no problem with the
shipping, i will be looking forward to hear from you soon
