In what early issue of "The Horn Call" did the IHS anounce that the proper name for the instrument shall be Horn and not French Horn?

May 1972, page 3, above the table of contents. The statement "The International Horn Society recommends that HORN be recognized as the correct name for our instrument in the English language. [From the Minutes of the First General Meeting, June 15, 1971, Tallahassee, Florida USA]" has been in every issue since.
