Please keep your contact information included in the online database up to date, since mailing labels for The Horn Call and the annual directories are produced from this information. To update a name, postal or email address, a telephone number, etc. you must first log in to your account. If you have never done so, follow these instructions to do so.

Once you have logged in to your account, click on the "My Profile" link in the Member Menu that appears on login. Mouse over "Edit" and select "Update Your Profile" from the drop down that appears. Once you have checked to be sure that all the information in your profile is corect and is the way you wish it to appear in the directory and on mailing labels and your membership card, click "Update" to save the data.

Please note that membership and mailing information for the mailing of The Horn Call is sent to our publisher on the next to last day of January, April and September for the February, May and October issues, respectively. Changes made and new memberships created after those dates will take effect with the following issue. 

Feel free to add a picture to your profile by selecting "Update Your Image" from the same drop down. You can select one of the existing images from the gallery or upload a picture for your profile. Pictures must be in jpg, png or gif format, with maximum dimensions of 200x500 pixels and a size of less than 100KB.
